# ButlerPay

> ButlerPay is a payments app for ordering and managing virtual Visa cards

- Cards are funded with stablecoins (USDT, USDC), not by fiat transfer or card-to-card.
- Supported top-up networks vary per tier: USDC on Solana, USDT on TRC-20, or all networks.
- Cards are virtual only; there is no physical card and no ATM withdrawal.
- Online payments are confirmed with 3D Secure; signing in is protected by two-factor
  authentication with one-time codes.
- The full card number and CVV are not stored on ButlerPay servers — the app shows only a
  masked number.
- Balances are not deposits and are not covered by deposit-insurance schemes.
